Jane St. Art Residency Showing

Dance is coming to Jane St. Art in Saugerties this February as different artists take turns filling the gallery space with movement. RAWdance will be using the residency time to dive into early ideas towards a brand new work, Echo, a dance installation project that will premiere in fall 2026 through a commission from San Francisco’s 836M Gallery.

Jane St. Art champions new work by both established and exceptional emerging artists whose practices span sculpture, installation, performance, and other interdisciplinary forms. Its mission is to foster collaboration and experimentation through residencies, performances, exhibitions, community projects, lectures, and classes. RAWdance’s residency is part of a full month of dance programming at Jane St. Art alongside Cass Tunick & Shinichi Iova-Koga and inkBoat.
